Scope

These terms cover this website, our games, and official community spots. If you use them, you're agreeing to this text.

Game Access and Purchases

• Games ship through stores (Steam, App Store, Google Play depending on title).
• Money, refunds, weird card errors: that's between you and the store, not my personal PayPal.
• Follow your store's own account rules too.

License and Intellectual Property

• You get a normal personal license to play, not to resell or turn into your own product.
• Art, code, logos: still ours (or our partners'). Don't strip-mine assets.
• No piracy, resale of keys you don't own, or reverse-engineering to cheat online, except where law forces otherwise.

Community and Conduct

Discord and official spaces follow the Community Guidelines. I remove stuff that hurts people or breaks the vibe.

Service Availability

Stuff can change, break, or go offline (life of a solo dev). I'll try not to ghost you, but no 100% uptime promise.

Disclaimer and Liability

Services are “as is” where the law allows. I'm not on the hook for wild indirect damage from using the site or games. Courts have limits too.
